Friendly Reminder:
1. Proper fit of the collar is important! A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet’s neck may cause skin irritation.The receiver collar will have to fit snugly yet be sufficiently loose to allow one finger to fit between the strap and your pet’s neck.

2. Please make sure to use the conductive silicone set, this will protect the dog’s skin to a certain extent,but it does not impact the electric shock function

3. Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 18 hours per day. If conceivable,reposition the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours

4. We suggest not the use of the shock function with the exception of in an emergency. When the use of the shock function, Level 1 will have to be tried first and then the level will have to be gradually increased as necessary.

5. If your dog has thick hair on the neck, please use longer screw caps
