Our Adoption Process holds a special place in our hearts as a part of our family. We prioritize spending quality time with them and building a strong bond. Ensuring our puppies’ happiness and well-being is our utmost priority, so we take great care to find the perfect homes for them. We work closely with families to understand their preferences and requirements, such as temperament, size, and coat type, to make the best match for the Puppy and the family.

ADOPTION APPLICATION REQUEST

To begin the Adoption process of bringing one of our adorable puppies into your loving home, please complete an Adoption Application. This application is the starting point for discussing and making your dream of having a furry friend a reality.

To ensure we can find the perfect Puppy for you, please provide comprehensive details about your lifestyle, personality, and expectations. This additional information, along with your initial application, will greatly assist us in matching you with a puppy that perfectly matches your needs and preferences.

APPLICATION REVIEW

We value your interest and assure you that your application will be given the utmost attention it deserves. Once we receive it, we will carefully review it to ensure we don’t miss any valuable skills or experience. We understand the excitement of bringing a new furry friend into your life; we will contact you within 48 hours. If you have not heard from us within three business days, please call us at (416) 346-3326. During our conversation, we’ll provide information about upcoming litters and update you on our current waiting list.

At Cucciolini Doodles, our primary objective is to breed healthy Labradoodles and adhere to ethical breeding practices. We take great care to ensure that our puppies are raised in a responsible and compassionate environment.

PLACE A DEPOSIT

To reserve one of our Labradoodles, Bernedoodles or Goldendoodles for your family, we kindly ask for a non-refundable reservation fee of \$600. This fee secures your spot on our waiting list and ensures you can add one of our wonderful Labradoodles to your family. The reservation fee can be conveniently paid through e-transfer to our email using our generic password, Labradoodle.

We maintain regular communication with all the families eagerly waiting for our puppies on our waitlist. Rest assured, we will email you when puppies are born, providing information on what to expect in the upcoming weeks.

CHOOSING YOUR CUCCIOLINI DOODLE PUPPY

We are deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us as you prepare to welcome a new puppy into your family. We understand how meaningful this moment is, and we want to support you every step of the way. Once our puppies reach two weeks old and are ready to meet their future families, we thoughtfully match each one with those on our waitlist. To ensure fairness, families choose their puppies in the order that applications and deposits were received.

Our commitment goes beyond just matching—you can count on us to consider what matters most to your family: temperament, lifestyle, activity level, and any special qualities you’re hoping for in a companion. Whether your heart is set on a gentle cuddle buddy or an energetic playmate, we take great care in assessing each puppy’s unique personality so that they find their perfect place with you.

PUPPY IS READY TO GO HOME

READY TO MEET YOUR FOREVER COMPANION

Once the puppies reach 8 weeks old, they will be ready for their forever homes. A time and date will be scheduled for each family to pick up their forever puppy on their homecoming date. 

When you adopt a puppy from us, we’ll provide you with everything you need to ensure their well-being. In addition to a bundle of love, you’ll receive their medical records for reference. We also include a blanket that carries the comforting scents of their mother and littermates. 

To make the transition easier for your new furry friend, we provide a sample of the dog food they have been accustomed to. Additionally, we offer valuable puppy schedules and training information, insurance, and a Health Guarantee: a microchip, a bandana, a collar, and a leash for walks and adventures together.

If you need your Puppy to stay longer due to travel or if the pickup day is extended, please note that there will be an additional $45 per day fee. This policy ensures we can accommodate such requests and care for your Puppy accordingly.

If, for any reason, we cannot provide you with a puppy, or if you cannot take one when they become available, we offer the option to switch litters or wait until it is more convenient for you and will hold deposit for one year from the date it was recived for you to take your time in selecting your puppy when the time is convinient for you. . It’s important to note that the deposit made is non-refundable.
