We cannot guarantee the availability of the puppies advertised on our Website. If they are unavailable, we offer the option to choose an alternative puppy from our next litter of Labradoodles by Cucciolini.

Adoption Price and Payment
We ensure our prices for adopting puppies and dogs are always accurate and up-to-date. The prices may increase from the initial publication. The total cost of adopting a puppy or Puppy/Dog will depend on our current prices at the time of adoption. For more information, please visit

Cancellation of Order
When purchasing dog accessories online, it is essential to note that they are subject to Contracts Regulations. However, when adopting a puppy, Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. Adopting a puppy is a significant commitment and responsibility. A non-refundable deposit of $600.00 must be received to accommodate your placement on the waiting list for an eight-week-old puppy. Once on the waitlist, you can reserve a dog. Remember that if you cancel your purchase, the deposit is non-refundable, but you can move to another litter for one year.
Adoption of a Puppy
Once you adopt a puppy from www.labradoodlesbycucciolini.ca, the adoption cost is non-refundable. The term applies even if you change your mind or cannot care for the Puppy. Therefore, we ask that all families interested in adopting a dog or puppy from us be entirely sure before signing the agreement for the specific dog they choose. Once the Puppy or Dog is in your possession and has arrived at its new home, we cannot offer any refunds. We will help you find a new home if you cannot keep the puppy.

Our Code of Ethics is as follows:
A) Our puppies are friendly and socialized inside our family home and on our 2-acre outdoor grounds.
B) Our adorable Labradoodles are part of our family and live with us in our cozy home, where puppies receive the constant love and attention they deserve by providing daily care, quality food, and freshwater, and are out on our two-acre property exercising to keep them healthy and happy.
C) Before leaving our home for their new forever homes, all Labradoodle puppies undergo veterinary checkups, microchipping, and vaccination.
D) We ensure the Health of our Labradoodles by conducting pre-mating checks. Our breeding process only occurs once per season. Labradoodles by Cucciolini waits until puppies reach eight weeks old and are ready for adoption before sending them to their forever families.
Vaccinations
E) Our Labradoodles receive yearly vaccinations and thorough checkups from our Licensed Veterinarian.
F) When you buy a puppy from Labradoodles by Cucciolini, we’ll give you all the crucial details about their food, potty schedule, crate training, and socialization. G) We will provide an updated Immunization record that lists all the vaccines and de-worming treatments your Puppy has received. This record will include clear instructions and future appointments to help you keep everything organized and ensure your Puppy stays healthy for many years.
Health Warranty
H) Our Heath Warranty Contract assures you that your Puppy is secure. Cucciolini is available by email or phone to answer your questions or concerns. Our top priority is ensuring our puppies receive the best care in their new homes. We will guide you on how to keep your furry companion happy and healthy.
I) As part of our contract, we recommend that the buyer takes their Puppy/Dog to a licensed veterinarian for a general health check within three days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for covering the expenses associated with this checkup, including any tests or examinations.
To adopt a puppy from Labradoodles by Cucciolini, the buyer must provide a written report from their veterinarian detailing any health issues found during the examination. This report should also confirm the Puppy’s identity through its microchip number. If a buyer chooses to return the Puppy within three days of the sale, it must be in the same healthy condition as when it was adopted.
Responsibility
Before adding a Labradoodle to your family, it’s essential to consider if you’re prepared to invest the time and money necessary to raise and care for a puppy. There are many requirements involved in adopting a puppy, such as vaccinations, food, and training. If you’ve done your research and feel ready to take on this responsibility, we wish you the best in welcoming a furry friend into your home. The joy they bring and the benefits to your Health and well-being are truly unique. These dogs are incredibly lovable!
J) At Labradoodles by Cucciolini, we only place our puppies for adoption in homes where the buyer is fully committed to taking responsibility for their new furry friend. Cucciolini Labradoodles understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and if the buyer cannot care for the Puppy, we are happy to assist with finding a new home. We do ask that the Puppy be released to a shelter under no circumstances.
Family Circumstances can change suddenly, and sometimes people may need to re-home their Dog.
Labradoodles by Cucciolini will not judge you for this decision. Whether due to a new job, illness, or other reasons, offer guidance and assistance to ensure your furry friend has a lifetime of care in their new environment”.
K) Our top priority is to find a loving and nurturing home for the Puppy. Although we do not accept puppies/dogs back for re-homing, we are committed to assisting through social media platforms, referrals from friends and family, and connecting suitable families directly with you. This approach ensures the safety of our home and premises while reducing any stress on the Puppy. Please also help find a new home for the Puppy by promoting it on your social media or any other relevant platform to expand your search for a loving family.
L) We reserve the right to decline selling puppies or adult dogs to prospective owners at our discretion. Our utmost concern is the welfare of our puppies.
M). The price of our puppies is $1,950.00. Reserving a puppy requires a $600.00 deposit deducted from the total.
Non-refundable Deposit
N) We require a non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation for a puppy. Reservations are prioritized based on the order in which promises arrive. The first deposit guarantees the first choice of a puppy, while the second deposit ensures the second choice, and so on.
O) If you have to cancel your puppy reservation for the scheduled time, don’t worry. You can transfer the deposit for a puppy selection to our next litter for up to one year for any litter.
P) Deposits cannot be refunded if the reservation is terminated. Please note that this policy is not the responsibility of the Breeder or the Puppy.
Q) Deposits or Balances are made through E-transfer to [email protected]. Please note that our generic password for accessing our services is “Labradoodle.” Additionally, please be aware that all deposits made for puppies are non-refundable. After filling out and being approved through the Application Form found at https://www.labradoodlesbycucciolini.ca/adoption-application-labradoodles-by-cucciolini/, a deposit for a puppy is required to pick up your Puppy on the scheduled day, please ensure that you pay the outstanding balance the day before.
